December 11. 2019 -- The Zalkin Law Firm, LLP announced today that new civil lawsuits will be filed in January against the San Diego Catholic Diocese under California's new statute of limitations law, AB 218. Attorney Irwin Zalkin announced the lawsuits on behalf of four victims, two of which spoke at today's news conference. The Plaintiffs in the civil lawsuit were all victims of serial pedophile priest Anthony Rodrigue, who admitted to molesting hundreds of boys during his 29-year career as a Catholic priest.
