About

Kelsey Eborall joined The Zalkin Law Firm, LLP in 2021 and brings over six years of experience as a Paralegal. Based in the firm’s New York office, Kelsey supports attorneys through every stage of the multifaceted litigation process, advocating for survivors of child and adult sexual abuse with compassion and sensitivity.

Kelsey has experience in both the civil litigation and criminal defense sectors. Prior to joining the Zalkin team, she worked as a Senior Civil Rights Paralegal at a boutique law firm, where she supported attorneys on complex cases involving police misconduct and constitutional violations. She also served as an Investigator Intern with the Federal Defenders of the Southern District of New York (SDNY).

In 2019, Kelsey received her Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminology from the Honor’s Program at John Jay College of Criminal Justice (CUNY), where she developed a strong academic foundation in public interest studies and pursuing justice for individuals affected by trauma and systemic injustice.

Outside of the office, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, Alfie and Winnie (two goofy doodles). She also enjoys going to local farmer’s markets and traveling as much as she can.
