Elizabeth Klein Hiller joined The Zalkin Law Firm, LLP in 2023, with over two decades of experience as a litigator

Throughout her career, Elizabeth has represented individual clients, non-profit organizations, small businesses and large corporations, giving her insight into a wide range of litigation approaches. She has handled a variety of cases in addition to her work advocating for victims of sexual abuse and assault, including employment, personal injury, consumer class action, and business disputes. Her pro bono work has included representing asylum seekers, disability benefit advocacy, and adoption proceedings.

Elizabeth is a graduate of New York University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate in May 2000. While in law school, she volunteered to assist individuals seeking unemployment benefits and Holocaust reparations. Through her coursework and research projects, she engaged in extensive study related to the First Amendment and privacy rights. Elizabeth also holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles

Elizabeth is admitted to practice law in California and New York.

Since joining The Zalkin Law Firm, LLP Elizabeth has worked primarily on childhood sexual abuse and adult sexual assault cases, representing survivors in personal injury cases against various organizations and individual perpetrators. In addition to her legal work, Elizabeth has served on the boards of various community organizations including those that support her local public library and school district.
