What is Sexual Abuse?

Summary of "What is Sexual Abuse?"

Mr. Zalkin explains what constitutes child sexual abuse.
Video Transcript:

The molestation or sexual abuse of a child can take many different forms. Most people associate that with an actual physical touching but that doesn't always have to be the case. An adult who inappropriately exposes him or herself to a child, performs lewd acts in front of a child or exposes a child to pornography, that falls within the realm of sexual abuse or sexual molestation because those kinds of acts, even though there was not a physical contact, may have lasting effects and injuries into adulthood.
